Acceptable Data Formats

Data must be compatible with Microsoft Excel. Acceptable formats include ASCII, comma delimited, tab delimited, fixed field and .txt files. Access data files and other .dbf files are also acceptable.

Unacceptable Data Formats

We cannot accept word processing files or any file that has multiple lines per record.

Field Length

The maximum characters for every fields should be specified in the Label Design form and any data exceeding that limit will be truncated. Please double-check to make sure that your data is submitted correctly and corresponds to the fields specified in the Label Design Form.

Sorting Your Data

All labels will be printed and shipped in the exact order the data is submitted. Review your data. Make sure that it is sorted correctly. Delete unused fields.

Text Appearance

Your data will appear exactly how it is submitted: Upper case, lower case, with or without punctuation, etc.  Please make sure that the data has been reviewed for unwanted characters such as spaces (, ; & ! # @ ^ * ) that should not appear on printed labels.

Double Check Your Data
Alpha data cannot appear in a field that is to be coded numerically. Carefully review all data.

If your data requires altering, additional charges will be incurred.
