JETER Help –– How the On-Line Catalog Works? Our On-Line Catalog works exactly like our regular printable catalog with lots of extra special benefits. As mentioned in the "Site Navigation" Section, our Web Site and on-line catalog has more than 10,000 files, 5,000 pictures, 33,000 hyperlinks, 1,200 pages, all neatly packaged in more than 600 folders and directories. Anytime you would like to browse our on-line catalog, all you have to do, is to click the "Products" icon at the top of each page and you will arrive at our digital on-line catalog. You can then proceed to browse the particular products you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "add" icon located next to each product. When you add a particular product from our on-line catalog to your shopping cart, you will be given several options. These options include icons labeled Remove all, Recalculate, Shop More, or Check Out. Example:
Remove All: When you select the "Remove All"
Recalculate: The "Recalculate"
Shop More: When clicking the "Shop More"
Check Out: The "Check Out"
we will ask you for some basic information such as your name, address, E-mail address, Shipping Method, and the billing address. We need this information to determine the "EXACT" shipping costs of your order. After you enter your basic information, you would then click the "Submit" icon at the bottom of the page. When the submit icon is clicked, since the weight of the carton, bag, or box is already predetermined, our system makes an instant call to the main UPS Web Site. During this instant call, our shopping cart program automatically gives UPS our account number and calculates the exact cost of shipping for your order based on the information you provided. We never charge any additional costs for shipping and handling. The charges you are quoted on the following page are exact cost of your order.
