15. WARRANTY Jeter guarantees all products against
defective parts and workmanship for two years. Any parts found
defective will be replaced and repairs will be made by Jeter
within the two year warranty period. Jeter will pay all freight
charges.

• RENTAL, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR n/a
• INSTALLATION Installation is 12% of the net selling
price up to $4167.00. On orders over $4167.00 shall be
negotiated on job basis.
• REPAIR PARTS n/a
• RETURNS 15% of net cost for items returned for other
than warranty reasons, with exception to Mobile Systems, which
are non-returnable. Agency must notify manufacturer for return
authorization. Returned shipments will not be accepted without
prior written authorization.
• CANCELLATION No cancellation charge applies if
cancelled prior to production. After production, only the actual
costs incurred as a result of the order in question will be
charged, if not recoverable by resale within six months.
